Member of the Global Engineering & Construction team; focused on the continued implementation and maintenance of an Oracle Primavera Unifier installation utilized by over 700 users to manage construction projects internationally. Developed and implemented Unifier instance for another business unit, from initial consultation to production ready version.

Project Tasks:

• System maintenance, including monitoring, error diagnosis, and new user creation and training
• Deploy Unifier instance to an additional business unit, serve as key member of team throughout the process; from early consultation and need-evalution, initial design and testing, to final production version
• Develop new user documentation for international user base, both general and project-specific, as needed
• Develop new administrative documentation, to aid knowledge transfer between various Unifier Administrators, including new group members
